How much does a consultation cost?
The written online consultation and the 30-minute video call cost €75 including VAT (IVA), payable by debit or credit card or by Bizum. Face-to-face consultations in Torrox Costa or Nerja are by appointment: call or write to me and I’ll give you the details.
How long does the online consultation take?
Between 12 and 72 working hours from when you send your question, attach the documents and make the payment. You’ll receive the answer by email, in writing and grounded in the law.
Where are the offices?
In Torrox Costa (Urb. Laguna Beach mod. B, local 17) and in Nerja (Avda. del Mediterráneo, Edif. Toboso II, local 8). I always see clients by appointment, and I can also come to you wherever you need.
How does the video call work?
You choose the date and time that suit you and I call you to confirm. We can use WhatsApp, Zoom, the phone or whatever is easiest for you. If you send me the documents beforehand, I’ll have them ready.
Do you speak English?
Yes. I work in both English and Spanish. This English version of the website is Montosa Solicitor, and the Spanish version is Montosa Abogado.
Do you work outside the Axarquía?
The offices are in Torrox Costa and Nerja and most of my clients are from the Axarquía, but with the online consultation and the video call I can help you wherever you are.
