Experience, training and dedication
I am a practising lawyer (abogado) with more than 10 years’ experience. I graduated in Law from the University of Granada, I am an Expert in Legal Practice and I hold a Master’s in Marketing and Sales Management.
I love my profession and the study of law. I advise clearly and concisely and defend the interests of my clients, individuals, professionals and small businesses, both out of court, which is always my first aim, and in court when it comes to that.
I specialise in civil procedure and in obligations and contracts, with solid training in administrative and tax law. When a matter needs it, I work with first-rate professionals such as court representatives (procuradores), engineers and economists.
My guiding principle is preventive advice: it’s the only way to spare my clients unnecessary conflicts and costs.
